Pilates in the sunshine
I have been teaching on Pilates retreats in Spain and Italy since 2010, taking groups of between 8-14 people for a week of Pilates, good food and sunshine! For over 12 years I taught at the very special Cortijo Romero near Granada, now sadly closed, and more recently I have run courses at Santillan Retreat near Malaga (main picture) and Almeji Retreat in the mountains near Ronda (picture right).
In the UK I run day retreats, the last one at the gorgeous Damson Hill Cottage in Hampshire where we had Pilates, a country walk, a sound bath and lovely food.
In 2026 I am taking a break from running retreats but please come back to this page or keep an eye on my social media for updates.
