Class schedule and prices

All private and studio sessions are on the Pilates machines (Reformer, Cadillac, Combo Chair) and are held at my studio in Kings Worthy, near Winchester.
There is free parking available directly outside the studio.

Mat classes are held at St Mary’s Chapel Hall in Kings Worthy, and there is free parking available directly outside the hall.

Mat classes are run term-time only and are priced at £14, charged monthly as a £45.50 direct debit. This is based on 39 classes per year.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hrs’ notice may be charged. Blocks of 5 sessions to be used within 3 months. Blocks of 10 sessions to be used within 6 months. A studio session will have a maximum of 3 people. For your safety, all instructions must be followed and any injuries or surgeries must be disclosed on your intake form or to me at the start of the class.
